Pico De Gallo



Made with homegrown ingredients! There's nothing cooler than walking outside and picking your ingredients for dinner!

Pico De Gallo
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 fresh jalapeno, seeded and chopped
2 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped
1/2 t garlic power
1/8 t salt
1/8 t pepper

Combine all ingredients and stir. Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!

  2. It is so yummy! My hubby loves cilantro, so I had to give this a try. I didn't think that I'd like it, but I do! Surprisingly the onions lose their potency in the fridge, after only 30 minutes or so.
