Um, so do you ever find yourself on a nice run or walk, and think hey..I can make it a few extra blocks/steps/yards/miles? Then you wake up the next morning and wish you hadn't done that?

That's me. And that's today.

  1. Just make sure you keep moving today, even if it hurts. That will keep the blood flowing and speed up the healing. Just don't overdo it. A leisurely walk around the block will do. Feel better soon.
